Dr. Emine Öner-Kaya is an associate professor of finance at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, where she specializes in financial management, financial instruments and institutions, international finance, and social economy. With extensive experience in both national and international projects, she has served as a researcher and coordinator, contributing her expertise to various collaborative endeavors. Since May 2021, Dr. Öner-Kaya has been the director of the Project Coordination Application and Research Center at the university, overseeing project planning, finances, coordination, communication between partners, and monitoring and supervision processes.
